No shipping of any detector is possible to the following countries : Iran, Israel, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia,Turkey, and Syria.

We use the following USPS shipping methods for international shipping. ( First Class Mail International- shipping confirmation only, does not track. Delivery time 18-24 business days) (Priorty Mail International- Includes Tracking. Delivery time 8 to 12 business days) ( Express Mail International- Includes Tracking. 5 to 10 business days ). Delivery time will vary due to holidays and each countries inspection time in Customs. Please note many countries elect not to scan incoming parcels and tracking may stop at your Customs point of entry. We provide FREE shipping insurance with all these methods.

We use UPS Ground and USPS Delivery with FREE Insurance for domestic orders. Texas Premium reserves the right to select the most efficent shipping method for your package. All orders requesting shipment to a P.O. Box address will be shipped via USPS.

All products covered by a manufacturer warranty during the warranty period must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We will be happy to help you with any questions, contact information or assistance. Texas Premium inspects and tests each electronic item before shipping, if your item arrives defective from carrier mis-handling we will replace that unit from our facility.

Texas Premium will be happy to assist in lost packages or merchandise damage during shipment . Please contact us if your merchandise is missing or damaged by the carrier and we will make arrangements for a replacement. Return of damaged goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Texas Premium will supply a prepaid shipping label to you for the return shipping of your item to our warehouse.
