RETURN POLICY
1. All items must be returned within14 days for a full refund.
2. Items returned must be unused in original box with blank warranty card.
3. Buyer pays return shipping charges and insurance.
4. Items covered under a manufacturers warranty must be returned to that manufacturer for warranty work or replacement.
5. No returns or refunds on Special Ordered Items
6. Texas Premium reserves the right to inspect and test any returned item to verify defects and customer mis-use or operating before a refund is issued.
7. We do not ship international versions of manufactures products, They are not available to us.
8. International buyers if you need assistance for warranty issues please contact us.
9. Items purchased through our website have U.S. Warranties unless otherwise stated. International buyers are responsible for all shipping charges and return shipping charges of repaired or replaced metal detectors or accessories under the warranty period.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Texas Premium is not responsible for arrival delays due to International Customs inspections or Postal Service mis-handling.

No shipping of any detector is possible to the following countries : Iran, Israel, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia,Turkey, and Syria.

We use the following USPS shipping methods for international shipping. ( First Class Mail International- shipping confirmation only, does not track. Delivery time 15-30 business days) (Priorty Mail International- Includes Tracking. Delivery time 10 to 15 business days) ( Express Mail International- Includes Tracking. 8 to 12 business days ). Delivery time will vary due to holidays and each countries inspection time in Customs. Please note many countries elect not to scan incoming parcels and tracking may stop at your Customs point of entry. We provide FREE shipping insurance with all these methods.

We use UPS Ground and USPS Delivery with FREE Insurance for domestic orders. Texas Premium reserves the right to select the most efficent shipping method for your package. All orders requesting shipment to a P.O. Box address will be shipped via USPS.

All products covered by a manufacturer warranty during the warranty period must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We will be happy to help you with any questions, contact information or assistance. Texas Premium inspects and tests each electronic item before shipping, if your item arrives defective from carrier mis-handling we will replace that unit from our facility.

Texas Premium will be happy to assist in lost packages or merchandise damage during shipment . Please contact us if your merchandise is missing or damaged by the carrier and we will make arrangements for a replacement. Return of damaged goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Texas Premium will supply a prepaid shipping label to you for the return shipping of your item to our warehouse.
